Intellectual property rights

The present site constitutes a work of which Compagnie Homard Bleu is the author within the meaning of Articles L. 111.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The site and all its component elements, in particular: still or animated images, sound compositions, graphic design, databases, etc., are the exclusive property of Compagnie Homard Bleu and/or the authors concerned and are protected under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. Reproductions, transmissions, modifications and reuses on paper or electronic media of the said site and the works reproduced therein are authorized only for personal and private use in accordance with the provisions of article L 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any other use or exploitation of the content on third-party media (site, book, magazine, etc.), in particular for commercial purposes, must be subject to the agreement of Compagnie Homard Bleu.
